I made a Seaford in purple linen. I’ve always long A line style long skirts. As it suits my body shape. I also have a bit of a tum. Which is disguised by the wide yolk waistband. I made a size 16. My measurements are 33.5” waist. 41.5” hips. I sized from a 14 to a 16 from hip to waist. The skirt was a tiny bit roomy around my waist. Although comfortable. Next time I will make a size 14. I love this skirt so much. It’s more of a winter weight linen. It was easy to make. And is a joy to wear. It’s a beginner friendly pattern. With easy to follow instructions. If you want there’s a free tutorial on YouTube. So you can follow it or dip in if you need to. The inserting zip part is so helpful. You can also watch the tutorial if you are undecided if you want to try the pattern. Or if it’s within your capability
